Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club Payment Procedures
sQuid - After booking your session with the club manager via our website you must make payment via your child's sQuid account. The club sessions can be found under bookings.
Childcare Vouchers - After booking your session with the club manager via our website you must make payment via your childcare voucher portal and notify both the club manager and the office that you have paid along with the date the payment covers and any relevant reference number.
Tax-Free Childcare - After booking your session with the club manager via our website you must make payment via your government childcare portal and notify both the club manager and the office that you have paid along with the date of the sessions the payment covers and any relevant reference number. *If you have more than one child, each child must be paid for under their own reference number, you cannot use one child's account to pay for another.

Bookings must be paid for in advance (if paying via sQuid, payments may be accepted up to1 hour prior to the session taking place) late cancellations and no shows will still incur a charge.

Your child may be turned away if a booking has not been paid for.

We do not issue refunds unless it is due to exceptional circumstances and agreed by the club manager.
Please be reminded that the clubs are invaluable for parents who require wrap around care before and after school, in order to keep these clubs running we ask that parents endeavour to pay for all booked sessions in advance.
