Complaints
In the first instance, if anyone has a concern we would hope that they would contact the school as soon as possible and arrange to meet either the class teacher or head teacher to discuss it further. Most concerns can be dealt with like this. If the concern is more serious, there is a formal complaints procedure. The Governors have reviewed and approved the complaints procedure.
