What can I do if I feel that the school is not providing the best support for my child?
If you have a concern regarding your child you should discuss this with your child’s teacher firstly or with the head teacher. A meeting would then be arranged and we would try to resolve any concerns that you have.
If after this discussion you are still concerned then we would refer you onto the chair of governors and you would then follow the complaints procedure as outlined in the complaints policy.
